A faith-integrated business community for Muslim women

Stop building alone.

You have the vision. What you've been missing is the circle — weekly coaching, a proven curriculum, and sisters who understand that your business and your deen were never meant to be separate.

Sound familiar?

You're not short on ideas. You're short on people who get it.

You've watched the courses. Saved the reels. Filled notebooks with plans. But every week ends the same way — you, alone at your laptop, wondering if you're building the right thing, and whether anyone would notice if you quietly gave up.

Isolation is expensive

Every decision takes twice as long when there's no one to think out loud with. Doubt fills the silence — and doubt is the most expensive employee you'll ever hire.

Generic advice doesn't fit

Most business communities ask you to leave your faith at the door. Hustle culture, "manifest it," networking over drinks. None of it was built for you.

Accountability changes everything

The difference between the founder who launches and the one who stalls is rarely talent. It's having people who expect to see your progress every week.

The Founder's Year

Eight months. One circle. A business built with intention.

Our rotating curriculum walks you through every stage of building — grounded in both proven business frameworks and the values you already live by. Join any month; the circle keeps turning.

What's inside

Everything you need to move forward — every single week

Weekly live circle calls

Every week on Zoom: we set our intentions, celebrate wins, dive into that month's teaching, and put a member in the hot seat for live coaching. We close with du'a — because how we build matters as much as what we build.

The Founder's Year curriculum

An 8-month rotating framework covering everything from clarifying your why to building systems that last — drawn from proven business methodology and integrated with faith at every step.

A sisterhood in your pocket

A facilitated WhatsApp community for the moments between calls — quick questions, wins, encouragement, and accountability from women building right alongside you.

The Founder's Journal

Guided prompts and reflection exercises that pair with each month's theme, so the insights from every call turn into decisions, plans, and action.

Who's behind the circle

Built by a physician who knows community is medicine

I'm Dr. Lina Qazi — a board-certified lifestyle medicine physician and founder of Thrive Center, a coworking and community space for women in Fairfax. In my clinical work, I saw the same truth over and over: isolation makes everything harder, and community changes everything.

When I started building my own businesses, I felt that isolation firsthand. Thrive Circle is the room I wish I'd had — where ambition and iman sit at the same table, and no one builds alone.

Questions

Everything you're wondering

I haven't started my business yet. Is this for me?+

Yes — especially for you. The Founder's Year begins with clarifying your why and your ideal client, which is exactly where you are. You'll skip years of trial and error by building it right from day one, with a circle around you.

What if I join in the middle of the curriculum?+

The Founder's Year rotates — join any month and pick up right where the circle is. Every theme stands on its own, and you'll complete the full cycle over your first eight months.

How much time does this take each week?+

One weekly call (about an hour) plus whatever you put into the journal prompts and WhatsApp community. Most members spend 2–3 hours a week — and get that time back many times over in faster decisions and fewer stalls.

What makes this different from other business communities?+

Faith isn't an afterthought here — it's the foundation. We open with intention and close with du'a. You'll get real business frameworks (offers, messaging, visibility, systems) taught in a way that honors your values, in a room full of women who share them.

What does "founding rate" mean?+

Founding Sisters join at $99/month, and that rate stays locked in for as long as your membership is active — even after standard pricing begins.

A year from now, you'll wish you had started today.

Imagine this time next year: your offer is clear, your audience knows your name, and you have a circle of sisters who watched you build it. It starts with one decision.
