    Monthly 1:1s tracked against that milestone. Monthly spotlight events. Staggered podcast releases. Voice notes when you need a sounding board.

    Showcase

    A closing event where members share progress in front of their people. Then we decide on renewal into the next cohort at $1,200/mo.

Why only 5 seats in Thrive Collective?+

Because the work is real. One spotlight event per member per month, a 1:1 every month, voice notes between — that ceiling protects the depth of attention every woman in the room gets.

What happens after the 4 months?+

We close with a Showcase event, then decide on renewal into the next cohort. Founding members renew at $999/mo — that rate is locked in for you as long as you stay. New members come in at $1,200/mo.

What if I'm not ready for $999/mo?+

Start with the Weekly Circle at $99/mo. It's the same sisterhood — rhythm, intention-setting, quarterly gatherings — without the 1:1 and spotlight components. Many Thrive Collective members start there first.

Is this for non-members too, or do I need to already be in your community?+

Open to anyone who resonates. You don't need to be in our orbit yet — the application is how we get to know you.

Is the quarterly gathering open to all members?+

Hosted in the DMV. Open to all members regardless of location — travel is on you, but the door is open. (We're still finalizing whether to add satellite gatherings in 2026.)

How do payments work?+

Weekly Circle is a 4-month commitment, billed monthly. Thrive Collective is a 4-month commitment billed monthly at the founding rate of $999/mo.
